This past weekend I was in Orlando, FL for the LDI convention also known as Lighting Dimensions...LDI is for the entertainment industry to go and shop for very expensive lighting/trusses/lasers/fog machines and more for their bands/events etc.  I went there to see all the new stuff that's out.  WOW, there is a LOT of stuff.  I also went backstage at various theme parks in Orlando including Sea World, Wet N Wild, Universal Studios and Disney.  We got to see the different shows/rides they use lighting for and the equipment they use, etc.  Have you ever seen Fantasmic! at Disney's MGM Studios?  That's a fantastic show, we ended up going backstage on that where no one is usually allowed which was really cool...

Next year Halloween you'll definitely see some new special effects not only in my attraction but in many other ones too...Keep checking back for updates.
